What is Diiirect

Updated October 6, 20262 min read

Diiirect is a hiring platform where companies, recruiters and talent work together to find, qualify and manage skilled professionals. Everyone signs in to the same web app at app.diiirect.com, and what you see depends on the workspace you are in.

Who it's for

Diiirect has three kinds of users, and each one gets a workspace built for the job they do.

Companies that are hiring (clients). A client workspace is your team's hiring desk. You post jobs, review candidates, run interviews and assessments, make offers and keep the contracts that follow in one place. Start with posting your first job.

Professionals looking for work (talent). Your talent workspace holds your profile, the jobs you find and apply to, your interviews and offers and, once you are hired, your contracts. Start with building your profile.

Recruiting firms (recruiters). A recruiter workspace is a desk for submitting candidates to open roles and earning a fee when they are placed. It opens once the firm's application has been approved. Start with the recruiter desk overview.

One account, several workspaces

You sign up once. The same account can hold one talent workspace, up to two client workspaces and one recruiter workspace, so a recruiter can also look for work, or a founder can hire for two companies. You move between them from the workspace card at the top of the sidebar. Workspaces explained covers the details.

Client and recruiter workspaces are shared with a team. Each teammate has a role (owner, admin, manager, member or viewer) that decides what they can change. See team roles and permissions.

What it costs

Every new workspace starts on the Free plan. Client and recruiter workspaces can move to a paid plan for higher limits and more features, and talent can upgrade to Talent Pro. Plans belong to a workspace, not to your account. See plans and pricing.

Client workspaces can also keep a prepaid balance that pays for talent sourcing as they use it. See how payments work.

In English and Spanish

The app, the public website and this knowledge center are available in English and Spanish. You can switch at any time; see language and region.
